We are unable to amend or cancel any orders once their status has changed to 'processing'. If you have made an error in your order, please call us as soon as possible after placing the order on +44 (0) 345 217 1360. If your order was placed outside of normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm) you must call us at open of business the following day. Any changes made may incur a 10% handling fee.
We hope you enjoy your online purchases. Should you be unsatisfied with a product ordered from us online, please notify us in writing by post or email and return it to us within 30 days, unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with your original receipt in order for us to refund your purchase (less postage and 10% handling fee) or send a replacement product.

Please package the product securely and send the parcel via an insured and prepaid method such as FEDEX to ensure safe and prompt delivery when you are returning or exchanging a purchase. Please include your packing slip or invoice number completed returns form. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. We are not responsible for returned articles lost in transit. Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned products, or fail to return the product to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.

may be accepted for a return or exchange. Items purchased from a store or other online retailer will not be accepted.
All refunds are credited to the original pay method.
When items are purchased as a set, we are only able to accept returns of complete sets, not individual items.
Your returns will be processed promptly upon their arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 14 working days from the time the return is received.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately by calling +44 (0) 345 217 1360. If possible, the carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged product will be replaced.
