Shipping policy

Items from this website can be shipped internationally by emailing your order to hello@happypaul.co.uk or calling +44 (0) 345 217 1360. International shipping costs will be calculated based on order weight and destination.

Someplace Nice Limited processes most orders received before 1pm the same working day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, subject to your payment being processed and stock availability. Orders placed after 1pm, on Saturday or Sunday or on a bank holiday will be processed the following working day.

While we will endeavour to have your products to you as quickly as possible, please allow 5 working days from placing your order to receipt of goods for orders with a UK delivery address. International orders may be subject to slightly longer shipping times.

All purchases are subject to bank or credit card authorisation and approval prior to processing. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does meet these criteria.

Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.

A minimum spend of £30 applies to ship internationally, delivery will be free of charge on orders over £60. International shipping costs will be calculated based on order weight and destination.

Happy Paul will ship internationally where the brand is not represented within that country.

Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are strictly enforced and are not included in your order amount at checkout. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons, which may include:

- Items are not available
- Difficulty in processing payment information
- Cannot ship to the address which was provided
- Duplicate order was placed
- Customer request for cancellation
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
